The altitude is high and the air is refreshing, allowing for a relaxing time on the spacious terrace. I enjoyed the local Danto beef simply seasoned with salt, which really brought out the flavor of the meat. The rare cooking level was just right, and the sirloin was delicious even with its fat. The lean meat had a robust texture, and I finished the hamburger in no time. I was also happy that I could freely refill my rice, and the eggplant miso soup and kimchi-flavored pickled shallots were enjoyable as well. While relaxing in a breezy spot, I fully savored the local flavors.

This is our recommended set menu featuring sirloin steak, which has a juicy and sweet meat quality, with a low melting point of fat that provides a refreshing melt-in-your-mouth experience. The set includes 150g of sirloin steak, award-winning Nagura rice, a salad made with locally sourced vegetables, and miso soup.
