The atmosphere is like a calm bar, allowing you to spend time slowly. You can choose the spiciness level based on sumo wrestling ranks, with the highest being Yokozuna. The curry has a rich flavor from the meat and vegetables, and it has a solid depth. A large piece of meat is placed in the center, and you can also feel the texture of the onions a bit. The aroma of the spices is pleasant, and I felt that it would still be enjoyable even if the spiciness is increased. Enjoying it with a salad and iced coffee further enhances the satisfaction.
