When I entered the restaurant, I felt a sense of calm reminiscent of an old-fashioned diner. The limited edition nearly one-meter-long udon I ordered was not only visually impressive but also had an outstanding chewiness, freshly boiled. The texture was uniform all the way to the end, and each time I slurped the noodles, I couldn't help but smile at the smoothness. The broth, rich in flavor, had a gentle taste that balanced perfectly with the strength of the noodles. The mini tempura rice bowl I ordered, with shrimp and vegetables, was crispy and highlighted the sweetness of the ingredients. With warm hospitality and a cozy interior, it became a wonderful memory during my drive.
