The facility located within the golf course offers a very open view of Aso from the windows. The cafeteria's dishes are all authentic, and you can enjoy them with excitement from appetizers to desserts. In particular, the fresh sashimi and the tempura of white fish served with sansho salt highlighted the quality of the ingredients. The Aso beauty pork in a snowflake hot pot and the red beef braised in red wine were tender, and the aroma of the broth and sauce was deep and surprising. The glossy rice and stir-fried takana we had after the meal continued to bring us a happy sense of satisfaction, along with the chocolate pudding. With spacious guest rooms and a soothing hot spring, we were able to relax and fully enjoy the resort atmosphere along with the meals.
