The shop has a warm wooden atmosphere, making it very comfortable. The specialty rice bowl features tender braised pork belly, a soft-boiled egg, and plenty of tempura scraps, which pair perfectly. The strong flavor encourages you to eat more rice, and when you break the egg, it becomes creamy. Adding pickled ginger or mustard from the table adds a fun twist to the flavor. The miso soup has larger pieces of radish, and you can feel the umami of the broth, which is comforting. The rice bowl comes with miso soup, pickles, and a small side dish, and the service is smooth, leaving you satisfied.
