Sitting down in a cabin by the sea while feeling the ocean breeze heightens my excitement. I first choose my favorite shellfish and crab rice, pay for it, and enjoy the fun of grilling it myself over charcoal. The oysters are incredibly creamy when eaten the moment their shells open, packed with the essence of the sea. The grilled scallops and abalone have a great texture, and their sweetness spreads with each bite. The meat of the steamed Takezaki crab is packed tightly, and eating it with miso soup and rice cooked in a pot brings immense happiness. Thanks to the kind support of the staff and the spacious parking lot, I was able to relax and fully enjoy the seafood.
