The shop is located on the first floor of an apartment building, and the entrance surrounded by greenery feels a bit like a hidden retreat. Inside, the sound of the television plays softly, creating a calm atmosphere. The morisoba has a light color with sharp edges, a perfect firmness, and aroma that pairs wonderfully with the dipping sauce. The katsudon features a thick pork cutlet wrapped in fluffy egg, with a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors that soak into the rice. The small bowls of pickled vegetables and kinpira are delightful, and their pleasant aroma whets the appetite. The soba dipping sauce-style soup has a gentle flavor, bringing everything together and creating a sense of happiness.
