I live in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, but I had never heard of "Teuchi-Soba Fukasawa" before. While driving nearby, I saw the soba restaurant on the map and checked it out. I reserved a table at the counter and ordered Tempura Seiro! During the waiting time, I could see the outside through the large window across from the counter, and watching the little birds coming to feed was soothing and kept me occupied! The tempura was crispy 🍤 and the soba noodles were delicious! The soba noodles are also delicious! The dipping sauce was also delicious and I drank the last of it with buckwheat water.
