As you enter, a wonderful aroma of spices wafts through the air, creating a sense of excitement. The medicinal curry is fragrant yet not overpowering, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to shine through. The eggplant and chicken pair perfectly, with the eggplant being tender and the chicken falling apart, providing great satisfaction. The rice is a lovely yellow, cooked just right, and it's enjoyable that it is served separately from the curry. The salad's egg has a rich flavor, which complements the crisp leafy vegetables perfectly. You can choose the level of spiciness, and I appreciate that they subtly consider the spices in the drinks when I express my preferences.
