When you enter the shop, the staff greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. Here, you can choose the thickness of the soba noodles, enjoying both the thin 'Tadoshi' and the thicker 'Horokanai'. The noodles are crisp and fragrant, and the sweetness becomes more pronounced with each bite. The dipping sauce has a clear aroma of dashi, with a good balance of saltiness and sweetness that pairs perfectly with the noodles. The condiments like salt, green onions, and wasabi also complement the dish, making it hard to stop eating.
