Okinawa Agu Pork Tonkatsu
This is a valuable Agu pork that is only raised in Okinawa. It has a high fat content, but it melts in your mouth with a light and natural taste. It has an indescribable sweetness. While Iberico pork is also recommended, I might prefer this one lately.
