This is a shop located in Yatsuka, which has a parking lot and is easy to access by car. The soba sushi resembles a seaweed roll wrapped in soba, and the aroma spreads pleasantly, making it very delicious. It's also nice that you can enjoy it if you make a reservation. The menu has a wide variety of soba and udon dishes, and the duck hot pot udon and herring soba leave a strong impression. The warm broth has a rich flavor that pairs well with the noodles. The interior is clean, and the bright service is comforting.
