In a spacious building that was once a kindergarten, you can relax while overlooking the playground. The menu, created with local ingredients delivered that day, offers fresh surprises with each dish. The care put into the appetizers is evident, and I was particularly captivated by the nutty aroma of the sesame dressing. The carpaccio has a different seasoning for each slice, keeping it enjoyable until the very end. The tender, non-gamey venison was impressive, and I could strongly feel the love of the maker. The combination of a quiet space and gentle flavors creates a dining experience that clears the senses.
