Wednesday, September 25 I was in Matsuyama on a business trip until 12:00 p.m., so I went to a cafe by myself on my way home. I've always been curious about this place, but I haven't been able to go there for a long time ✨. Emu's style is to check out first. I'm an indecisive person, so I burst into indecision right in front of the waitress 🤣💦 lol. The waitress explained the dishes to me in detail 🥺✨ After listening to her explanation, I decided to try the dry curry 🍛. To my delight, I could choose between white rice and cereal rice! This was an instant decision to go with my favorite cereal rice 🤤🍚 Dry curry (limited to 10 servings, I think?) The dry curry (limited to 10 servings, I think) came with a salad and a sweet for 950 yen, I believe! The dry curry was topped with a variety of vegetables, including shishito peppers, eggplant, shimeji mushrooms, and kabocha (pumpkin), which added a beautiful color to the dish ✨. The dry curry is made from spices! Mild curry with lots of sweetness from the vegetables. Even those who don't like spicy food can enjoy it! The firmness of the rice is also 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️ I really liked the salad dressing 🥺. The sweet was a kind of mousse with a yogurt-like flavor and a grapefruit jelly on top! I was so happy to see that the rice was so firm! It was a refreshing sweet that was perfect after eating curry👍! The waitresses were very attentive and the food was delicious, so I decided to go back 🥰. Next time I'm going for the set meal ✨ I'm also interested in the sweets!
