This is a calm yakitori restaurant located just a short walk from Kameari Station, featuring both counter and table seating. The skewers grilled over binchotan charcoal are fragrant, and the aroma of the rising smoke alone makes your stomach growl. The fluffy tsukune mixed with crunchy cartilage is delightful, making you want to order another one. The white liver and chicken heart have a melting texture, and the rich sauce enhances their umami flavor. The crispy green onions in the negima and the pork belly skewers with onions provide a nice accent. With a wide variety of options like chicken wings and shiso-wrapped items, even the time spent deciding which skewer to choose next is enjoyable.
