The 100% buckwheat soba has a smooth texture that pairs very well with the dipping sauce. You can order more soba as many times as you like, and you can choose between a full serving or a half serving according to your preference. The freshly fried tempura has a light texture, and the rice with buckwheat grains is enjoyable with its grainy feel. Finally, you can also savor warabi mochi, which adds to the sense of satisfaction.
