Lunch is limited in quantity, so if you go slowly, the item you were aiming for may be sold out. The grilled pork marinated with koji is fluffy and tender, making it easy to eat more rice. The signature dish, seafood black vinegar curry, has a smooth squid ink sauce that feels deep and rich while being mildly stimulating. Mixing in black vinegar halfway through brings out a slight sweetness, making the flavor change interesting. Adding crushed burdock and crispy chips adds a toasty aroma and a textural accent. The chicken roll is topped with a generous garlic-flavored sprinkle and a stylish sauce, enhancing the moist chicken even further.
