It is a cozy space with a calm atmosphere, where you can feel the warmth of wood. The freshly baked waffles are crispy and pair perfectly with cold vanilla ice cream. The batter is mildly sweet, and when combined with caramel sauce and apples, it leaves a refreshing aftertaste. The apple compote is rich in juice and has a pleasant texture. The moderately bitter coffee enhances the flavors of the dessert beautifully. The strawberry mille-feuille also has a fruity taste and is very satisfying.
