In a bright, white shop interior, you can enjoy a pleasant view of the outside scenery. The staff is cheerful and allows you to take photos freely. The cauliflower Paris-Brest is fragrant, with a light salty taste that lingers. The eel terrine and the dish of hairy crab with avocado are enjoyable due to their contrasting textures, leaving a lasting impression. The mushroom potage is rich, with a strong aroma of mushrooms. The winter yellowtail, scallops, and lobster are cooked just right, clearly conveying their individual deliciousness.
