The atmosphere of the restaurant is 5 stars. The taste and service as well... However, I wish there were more varieties of pasta on the menu. I like peperoncino, but there was only seafood pasta available. That was the only disappointing part.

Zona is an affiliate and while the other restaurants are the kind of place you would want to go on anniversaries, birthdays, etc., and are quite caring and make you feel good, the Hachigamine restaurant is terrible. The carpaccio was supermarket-style sashimi, with three slices of cheap kampachi. The appetizers are fishy Spanish mackerel fillets, and pasta that is large in quantity but tasteless. Dessert was a dry cake. There were children running around the restaurant making noise. The staffs also have really bad customer service attitude. I should have gone after reading the reviews.

The quiet atmosphere was nice, the service was courteous and comfortable, and since we made our reservation at 5:00 p.m., the outside gradually became darker as time went on, changing the way the illumination looked, which delighted the children.
