In a small shop quietly located deep in a residential area, I felt a thrill the moment I spotted the noren (a traditional Japanese fabric divider). The interior, centered around the counter, has a warm atmosphere, and it's enjoyable to be close to the chef. The sushi I had for lunch had a perfect balance of vinegar in the rice, and the freshness of the toppings stood out. In particular, the white fish with a hint of kelp and the melt-in-your-mouth texture of the tuna were impressive, allowing me to bask in a sense of happiness. The mini-sized seafood dashi ramen had a rich broth that paired excellently with the thin, curly noodles, making me almost want to drink it all. I believe this is a rare shop where you can enjoy sushi and ramen simultaneously in a quiet environment.
