This is a hidden gem located a short walk from the station. The moment the one-plate dish was served, I couldn't help but feel excited by its colorful presentation. The crispy coating of the cutlet filled with plump shrimp released a sweetness with every bite. The creamy gratin and the gentle-flavored soup complemented each other, making it enjoyable until the very end.
