Located in a back alley near Fuse Station, Daigen is a popular izakaya known for its vintage storefront and nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere. The signature nabe dishes range from individual hot pots to those packed with vegetables, allowing guests to enjoy the fun of finishing their own broth with kombu dashi or miso-based soup.
