I went to Nagasaki on business. Bullet Gohan ‼️
When I was wondering where to go, I decided to go to Yoshimune-san, a handsome restaurant of steamed egg custard which I had been curious about after seeing a post by a friend of mine, which, come to think of it, was in Nagasaki.
It is hard to tell from the picture, but the steamed egg custard was soaked in a rich broth (n´vn).
Inside are chicken, conger eel, ginkgo nuts, fish paste, etc.
Oh, I love chawanmushi 🥺♥️ There was no mochi in it, but it was Kichijoji's Tamachichibu style chawanmushi. You can eat 2 or even 3 cups. Endless chawanmushi.

I was disappointed because it was closed during my trip in January. I came for a day trip just to eat chawanmushi on a highway bus. I had the main chawanmushi for ¥3080, along with steamed sushi and six other items. It had been a while since I last ate there, so I made sure to book on the site since I didn't have much time. I was moved, it was delicious, and I will come back to eat again. Thank you very much.

The restaurant was as good as its reputation. The service was excellent and the food was superb. I think this is a rare restaurant where you can enjoy authentic cuisine without feeling like you are on a high threshold. However, it is a popular restaurant, so it is better to make a reservation if possible. Please note that reservations for weekends and holidays are closed one month in advance.

My daughter had never had it before,
We went to Yoshimune, a Nagasaki sightseeing gourmet restaurant! I hadn't eaten there in decades.
I thought "Yoshimune is for tourists" 😅! I had a feeling that it was for tourists 😅.
I haven't had it in a while, but it was delicious~!
By the time I left, there was a super long line 😅 Everyone! Thank you all for your (commented on) poor gourmet food this year!
