You can quickly choose at the ticket machine, and the flow is easy to understand. Inside, it is divided into a shop corner and a dining area, and there are life-sized dolls that are a bit surprising. From the outdoor seats, you can look at the sleeping floor and see the passing trains, which feels nice. The grated daikon soba has a firm texture, and the combination of grated daikon and dipping sauce is perfect. The mountain bandit grilled chicken has a strong garlic soy sauce flavor, the potato starch coating has a good texture, and the small bowl of simmered vegetables has a gentle taste. The peperoncino made with sunki (fermented vegetables) combines Japanese and Western flavors well, and the sourness is just right and easy to eat.
