The tongue is of just the right thickness with a pleasant texture, and the short ribs have a delightful sweetness from the fat without being heavy. The offal is fresh and free of any unpleasant odor, and the grilled vegetables, including cabbage, onions, shishito peppers, pumpkin, and carrots, are satisfying. The greetings and attentiveness of the staff are pleasant, and the cleanliness is well-maintained, making everything enjoyable and delicious.
