I had been curious about it for a while, and I enjoyed the fragrant coffee. The cup made from Ethiopian beans initially had a bitterness, but the more I drank, the smoother it felt. They also sell the beans, and with the variety available, I wanted to brew it at home as well. The crepe batter made with ancient rice from Tagajo is a deep purple and has a unique chewy texture that is enjoyable. You can taste the ingredients like homemade adzuki beans, soy milk, beet sugar, and seaweed salt, giving it a gentle flavor. It's also nice that you can take it out or enjoy it slowly at a table inside.
