This shop is located in a quiet alley and has a very stylish interior with a white theme. The handmade soba noodles are elastic and can be enjoyed smoothly. The finely chopped green onions are crisp and aromatic, while the grated daikon radish enhances the flavor. The rolled omelet is fluffy, and the rich flavor of the miso tofu is also addictive. The tranquility without music is pleasant, allowing for a relaxed experience. I visited after hearing it had a star, and even the soba broth at the end was delicious, exceeding my expectations.
