The store has a calm atmosphere with the warmth of wood, making it easy to enter. Near the entrance, you can see the noodle-making area and the stone mill machine, which heightens your anticipation for the soba. The soba is thin and has a delightful texture that is easy to bite through. The dipping sauce is not too strong, and even when you dip generously, it has a pleasant flavor. I chose the seiro with tempura, and I was satisfied with the variety of shrimp and vegetables on top. The rich soba broth and tempura dipping sauce are also available, allowing you to enjoy the meal comfortably until the end.
