Exquisite cuisine enjoyed in a dramatic old house

Teppanyaki Hamachan is a special restaurant set in a charming space renovated from an old house, where you can enjoy teppanyaki and oden. Both the oden and teppanyaki are particularly renowned, with the pork belly and special miso being exceptional. They offer consistent deliciousness throughout the seasons, and pair wonderfully with sake. Enjoy a heartwarming moment while fully experiencing the local charm.

In a warm space that makes use of an old folk house, it is very comfortable. The oden, which is well-soaked in dashi, is delicious, especially the pork belly, which is thick and full of flavor. The gyoza oden has a creamy texture that brings a smile to your face. The grilled kitsune has a tightly packed texture, while the tanuki is fluffy and thick, providing a satisfying bite. The pork okonomiyaki is topped with a large piece of pork, offering plenty of satisfaction. The pork miso made with miso from Tokunoshima has a lovely aroma and can be enjoyed slowly with a drink.
