The restaurant is clean, and the flowers on the tables are lovely. You can see the cooking process through the glass, which is exciting. There is a wide variety of dishes from appetizers to desserts, and the salad bar is crisp. The tempura, which is fried after you order, and the freshly made tomato sauce pasta are piping hot, and the handmade sweets are satisfying. The roast chicken, which the chef carves right in front of you, is surprisingly moist and very delicious. The duck and Western-style chawanmushi (savory egg custard) have a memorable taste, and the staff moves efficiently, making for a pleasant experience.
