While walking through the old town, a fragrant smell reminiscent of something baked with fire wafted by, and I couldn't help but stop by. The terrace seating is pet-friendly, so you can relax even with your dog. The smoked salmon galette has a fragrant dough, and the fried onions and cream cheese make a great accent, making it the best. The coffee has a mild bitterness, and when enjoyed with sweet cakes or madeleines, the flavors are enhanced. The canelé, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, is especially my favorite, and I finish it in an instant. The baked goods in cube-shaped boxes are cute in appearance, and I think they would be well-received as souvenirs.
