A café with a sense of openness along the Echizen Kaigan opened in 1995. Only at MARE can you enjoy colorful drinks while gazing at the spectacular view. The Jewel Soda, a combination of soda and jelly, is not to be missed.

This cafe is located by the sea. It is a clean and fresh restaurant with a large white building that matches the scenery. I ordered a bowl of rice with a lot of vegetables and a bowl of Gapao rice for lunch. The restaurant's glass walls give it a sense of openness and made the meal very pleasant. It was delicious. The menu was simple and not that many items on it, which made it easy for me to decide.
