In a calm atmosphere like a hideaway, I was able to sit comfortably at the table. The seasonal limited lunch menu I had this time featured both meat and vegetables that were cooked with care and had a wonderful aroma. The fried tofu in the miso soup had a light char, and I appreciated that extra touch. With self-service drinks and cut fruits available for enjoyment, the satisfaction lasts even after the meal. The colorful side dishes highlighted the sweetness of the ingredients, and the crunchiness of the lotus root was particularly impressive. I hear the menu changes frequently, so just imagining what will be featured next is exciting.
