When I parked the car in front of the shop and opened the door, a small and warm space unfolded before me. The counter and table seats are arranged just right, creating a relaxing atmosphere whether you're alone or with friends. Enjoying the food while gazing at the shrine floating on the sea is a luxury unique to this place. The colorful vegetables that were served first are gently enveloped in the aroma of cheese, and the flavors of the ingredients come through clearly. The elastic pasta and fluffy, chewy pizza dough pair perfectly with the sauce, bringing a smile to my face with every bite. The finishing touch, hojicha panna cotta, has a refined sweetness and a smooth melt-in-the-mouth texture, quietly deepening the happiness after the meal.
