The flavor is a blend of 21 spices, offering a light mouthfeel while still delivering a rich umami taste. You can choose the level of spiciness, and since the rice is served separately, you can enjoy it at your own pace. Pairing the herb-scented chicken with espuma or squeezing a bit of lemon adds a different deliciousness. You can refill the cabbage, and it paired perfectly when mixed with the curry.
