The moment I entered the modern interior with a black theme, the fresh scent of wood spread pleasantly. As I sat at the counter, sushi pieces served three at a time kept coming, and I couldn't contain my excitement. The bluefin tuna from Oma, which they sourced directly, was melt-in-your-mouth tender, both the lean and the medium fatty parts, packed with umami that surprised me. The live sweet shrimp had firm flesh, and I could even enjoy the head, which was grilled to a fragrant finish. A piece of grilled blackthroat seaperch topped with its liver had an exquisite aroma and richness that made me smile. The lightly seasoned rice, with just the right amount of vinegar and salt, paired well with the toppings, allowing me to enjoy the meal lightly until the end.
