I thoroughly enjoyed ayu dishes at the riverside grill. The salt-grilled fish, cooked over charcoal, has a wonderful aroma, and the bones come off easily, making it easy to eat. The sashimi, with its refreshing scent, is also fresh and flavorful. The dengaku finished with a slightly sweet miso, as well as the fried fish and small ayu tempura, are hot and delicious. The final dish, ayu zosui (rice porridge), is rich in flavor from the fish bones, and the shredded fish is plentiful and satisfying. The indoor space is comfortable with air conditioning and fans, and there are table seats that provide a relaxing atmosphere.
