As you pass through the mountain path and arrive, you are greeted by a bright and clean interior. It is delightful to hear the warm greetings from the staff that make you feel at ease. The signature dish, the double-structured tuna rice bowl, releases the aroma of seaweed the moment you open the lid. After finishing the top layer, I was excited to discover the tuna and rice hidden below. The tuna was so fresh that it was hard to believe it came from the mountains, and the marinated flavor was well absorbed by the rice. The sashimi and tempura were also carefully prepared, providing a sense of satisfaction that blew away the fatigue from my business trip.
