Federroter is a unique wine from Amanohashidate Winery that is still fermenting and can only be enjoyed on-site. With a slight effervescence and low alcohol content, even those unfamiliar with wine can enjoy it. This wine, which served as the inspiration for the winery owner to start making wine, is extremely rare.
