The first dish, boiled pork with garlic sauce, was pleasantly spicy, and I couldn't stop eating it with cucumber. The dumplings were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, with a rich and delicious filling. The stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts had a wonderful aroma, and the balance of textures was enjoyable. The stir-fried beef with bell peppers was also generous with the meat, leaving a light aftertaste that was satisfying. The shrimp in chili sauce was plump, and the flavor was just right, not too strong. Overall, the spiciness was mild and easy to eat, and I had a great time in the lively restaurant.
