The interior has a calm atmosphere, with the counter and tatami seating at a comfortable distance. The tempura, fried right in front of you, has a thin and light batter, and each bite releases a savory aroma. The thickly sliced sashimi is said to be from that day's catch, and the kelp-marinated flounder was particularly impressive. The signature sakura shrimp dishes, both the omelet and the tempura, are fluffy and crispy, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The Tokushima hand-made somen noodles we had to finish were firm and paired excellently with the sakura shrimp tempura. The selection of sake and shochu is also abundant, complementing the seafood-centered dishes well, and my friend was very satisfied.
