In a dining hall where you can feel the warmth of wood, you are welcomed with gentle smiles, which is comforting. The French-style course featured an impressive gentle soup made from new onions and an appetizer layered with vegetables and seafood. The white fish had a delicate aroma of citrus and soy butter that spread pleasantly, and its pairing was delightful. The Spanish mackerel was served with a herb and tomato sauce, with a crispy skin and moist flesh, making it very delicious. The grilled lamb was tender with no unpleasant odors, and the cooking was exquisite. In the morning, the Japanese breakfast included grilled mackerel, dashi omelet, and simmered eggplant, all simply delicious, and the view of the mountains from the wooden deck is also soothing.
