The seating is somewhat limited, but the triangular interior creates a calming atmosphere. The cheerful service from the couple makes the time spent watching the cooking at the counter very pleasant. The liver and heart have a nice, plump texture, and the savory saltiness is just perfect. There is a rich variety of menu items beyond grilled chicken, such as tuna belly and shrimp and avocado spring rolls, so you won't get bored. The original autumn barley tea highball and lemon chuhai are refreshing and pair perfectly with the dishes. Each handmade plate conveys a warmth that has been preserved over the years, and I was very satisfied.
