The dumplings, arranged in a circular shape and filled with plenty of vegetables, burst with a crispy, savory flavor and juiciness when enjoyed with bean sprouts, making it the best experience. When you add the special sauce from the table, a pleasant acidity and richness are introduced, making it hard to stop eating. The miso ramen soup is rich with a Japanese-style dashi flavor and pairs well with the chewy noodles. The mapo tofu, fragrant with Sichuan pepper, has just the right amount of numbing spiciness, and its flavor is satisfying enough to enjoy on its own. The interior of the restaurant is bright and spacious, with partitions that allow for a relaxed and unreserved experience. I felt a reassuring sense of variety in the extensive Chinese menu, making it enjoyable for the whole family.
