It is located a short walk from the station, and the main menu features teppanyaki and oden. There is a counter that surrounds the kitchen in the center of the restaurant, and there are also table seats, making it comfortable to spend time there. The oden, flavored with flying fish dashi, has a gentle umami, and I particularly enjoyed the eggs and fish cakes. The whole squid grilled on the teppan is visually stunning and aromatic, making it easy to enjoy with drinks. There is a wide variety of sake, and the self-serving style is fun, leading me to try various options. It can get crowded at times, so if the timing is right, having a drink at the counter while watching the grill is the best.
