The signature tai chazuke is served with tea instead of broth, and the tai marinated in sesame sauce pairs well with the crispy seaweed, making it very delicious. The grilled konoshiro sushi is fragrant, and the fish is fluffy and falls apart, leaving a lasting impression. The sashimi has a crunchy texture that conveys freshness, and the shrimp tempura is plump and satisfying. The seafood bowl allows you to choose between vinegared rice or regular rice, and the style of having a generous amount of toppings over the chirimen and egg is enjoyable.
