I went for the first time, and even though there was a bit of a line at the entrance, the turnover was quick, and I was soon shown to my seat. The staff kindly explained how to use the touch panel, and I was excited by the variety of the menu. When I ordered the recommended meat soba, the hot soup released a subtle aroma of garlic and sweet soy sauce that whetted my appetite. The medium-thin straight noodles had just the right firmness and paired well with the flavor of the whole wheat, complementing the soup perfectly. The set mini fried rice was fragrant, and when combined with the light ramen, they enhanced each other, making for the best experience. The service was speedy, and I felt a sense of satisfaction as I finished every last bite without getting bored.
