We visited a tonkotsu ramen restaurant. We chose it in a fierce competition. There are two types on the menu: tonkotsu (pork bone) and seafood tonkotsu. The Seafood Tonkotsu Ramen soup is thick and the noodles are thick and curly with more green onions. The pure tonkotsu ramen has a nice smell of pork bones and the noodles are medium thick and filling. The soup is a little salty and the pork bone flavor is very assertive. The chashu pork, green onions, and bamboo shoots were also tasty, and overall the ramen was satisfying.
