The thin soba noodles have a good texture and a firm bite. The dipping sauce has a moderate thickness, and it becomes even more delicious when combined with seaweed and green onions. When you order soba, you can also enjoy seasonal tempura and pickles, and the aroma of freshly fried tempura is irresistible. During the wild vegetable season, tempura made with wild vegetables is also available, and the koshi-abura (a type of wild vegetable) leaves a particularly strong impression.
